New HD Channels from DirecTV

I wonder what the price would be though? IMO, all cable companies blow.

As of 5:00pm there are no new HD channels my way. Suprise, Suprise.

I have read several forums about this and most all are saying that it has been delayed. Should still be up by the end of the week. They ran into a little snag is what most forums are saying. tvpredictions.com and DBS forums are saying that September 21 is the new date. I guess we will see.

Do you have a 5 LNB dish? I do not and was just checking Directv's website about possibly needing it. I have a 3 LNB and the seperate 2 LNB for locals.

Yeah, I had to get the new 5 LNB dish when I got my new HD DVR and also the B-Band Converters, you have to have those as well.

Yeah its a promo and it's cheap, when it goes up it'll be like $110 per month for Cable with HD DVR and Internet. I think thats a pretty fair rate and will be cheaper then the alternative.
